Shanghai East International Medical Center (SEIMC) has been serving the Shanghai community since early 2003. We are able to offer a huge range of medical services in all disciplines.

We have been preparing for the increased demand on all of our services, which has already started, and will increase, due the Shanghai World Expo. Our unique clinic/hospital places us as the logical place for any form of medical care required.

The clinic is open from 8am until 8pm every day, and until 6pm on weekends. The hospital operates 24 hours a day.

After-hours access to SEIMC is via the emergency room of the Shanghai East Hospital through the south entrance, and then taking the elevator in the central part of the building to the 12th floor. If help is required call our 24hr number (86 21) 5879-9999 and a staff member can meet the patient on the 1st floor.

• We have a large General Practice, as well as Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology. More specialized disciplines such as ENT, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Orthopedics and the like, are readily available.
• We offer a very high level of Radiology, Ultrasound, Pathology and Mammography.
• Our Pharmacy is extremely well stocked and is staffed by well trained, experienced, pharmacists.
• We have a very good group of TCM and Para-medical practitioners. We offer a wide range of physiotherapy as well as chiropractic services.
• We have 2 very modern, well equipped theaters, which are staffed by very competent theatre nurses and anesthetists.
• Our facility has a direct billing relationship with over 50 insurance companies, and our finance department is most experienced in dealing with all financial issues.
