Positions Available
Billing Assistant
1. In charge of Outpatient and Inpatient cashiering;
2. Prepare and Collects payment from insured and uninsured patients at time of service;
3. To check supporting documents for payment application which to comply group policy;
4. Contact with insurance and check patient’s benefits when necessary;
5. To prepare and manage the invoice, other documents to meet the applications from different business unit;
6. Assisting Dr. with Medical Records for Insurance claim;
7. To take other responsibilities of payment issues and Assist Billing Specialist to chase patient’s outstanding.
Midwife
1. Monitoring and examining women during pregnancy.
2. Developing, assessing and evaluating individual programs of care.
3. Identifying high risk pregnancies and making referrals to doctors and other medical specialists.
4. Arranging and providing parenting and health education in relation to the needs of the woman, her partner and family members.
5. Encouraging participation of family members in the birth to support the mother and enhance both mother/baby bonding and family relationships generally.
6. Establish and maintain effective communication with patients and her families.
7. Supervising and assisting mothers in labor, monitoring the condition of the fetus and using knowledge of drugs and pain management.
8. To continually evaluate the quality of care given and ensure that the individual needs of the woman and baby are met in hospital.
9. When deviations from standard are encountered during labor and delivery, administers stipulated emergency measures, and arranges for immediate contact of Obstetrician. Liaising with other professional groups as necessary.
10. To maintain high quality record keeping and documentation at all times.
11. Giving support and advice on the daily care of the baby, including breast feeding, bathing and making up feeds.
12. Participating in the training and supervision of junior colleagues.
13. To comply with statutory and local requirements for the maintenance of registration and practice.
14. To identify personal learning needs and further develop professional knowledge/skills in line with service needs.
Radiologist
1. Set up working plan of our department according to the hospital’s annual plan and development .Give feedback to management in order to reach the hospital’s development.
2. Set up department’s policy and rule attain management’s requirement. Then supervise and carry out it to prevent error.
3. Check quality control of imaging and diagnosis and correct in time which accord with requirement of Radiodiagnosis by Medical Council, Shanghai.
4. Follow up new technique and studying about Radiology to promote working efficiency.
5. Follow up the cleaning, maintenance and keep the machine running.
6. Manage the affairs of registration, statistics, archive information of patients and their films.
7. Registering abnormal report and follow up radiodiagnosis of patient.
8. Report the infectious disease according to CDC’s requirement without any misleading.
9. Keep in close contact with clinic and exchange ideals to keep up the standard.
10. Communication full understanding with colleague and hand over working on time.
11. The staff should carefully diagnosis if the X-ray image from the outside.
Pediatrician
1. Practice all aspects of pediatrics in a Western out-patient and in-patient setting;
2. Participate actively in development of pediatric programs and services;

4. Work closely with all doctors and staff to coordinate a high standard of care for patients;
5. Train staff in up-to-date pediatric knowledge and skills as well as the appropriate culture and norms expected by patients Requirements:
1. Minimum 8 years of practice in pediatrics, experience in neonatology a plus;
2. Minimum 5 years of practice overseas;
3. Ability to commit to 1 year or more in a challenging environment;
4. Fluent in English, other languages a plus;

Obstetrician / Gynecologist

市场部客户代表 Marketing Account Representative
工作职责 RESPONSIBILITY
1. 迅速建立起国内高端客户联系网络,与客户保持良好的关系;Promptly establish and maintain close relationship with high end local community and adapt best practice to local environment;
2. 完成目标客户(群)的拜访目标; Promote corporate image in target community or market segment, and achieve goal of individual and corporate clients visiting;
3. 组织针对国内高端客户市场的各种推广活动; Organize marketing events to promote SEIMC services to high end local communities which may include special promotion offers, health talks, medical backups etc;
4. 协助市场部或公司完成大中型推广活动; Involve in events organized by Marketing dept and the Company, special promotions, health talks, seminars etc;

个人要求 PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

Office Manager
1. Supervise and guide the receptionist team
2. Be responsible for the customer service in the hospital
3. Working with the clinic management and other senior department heads to resolve complex situations
4. Oversee the computation of detailed monthly clinical reports (prepared by the Clinic administrator / receptionist) on the following lines
5. Responsible for making effective contributions to clinic performance targets, review all clinic expenditure and implement cost improvement scheme when necessary
6. Working closely with clinic management to troubleshoot daily issues, set standards and procedures to ensure smooth running of the clinic functions and sessions
7. Responsible for the regular checks of relevant clinic equipment, rooms to ensure SEIMC is providing patients the highest standards of service
8. Encourage regular team meetings to discuss staff / clinic issue
9. Be responsible for the development of policies and procedures for Clinic Provision, within the boundaries set by the Principal & /or Vice Principal.
10. Preparation of clinic reports as required by Senior Management /external reviewers in liaison with the clinic management and quality department.
11. Annual updating and maintenance of clinic handbook/manual, freehand user manual or any other clinic departmental documents and procedures.
Lab Technician
1. Communicate with the senior lab technician in time if any problem appears.
2. Complete each patient’s test as soon as possible and deliver the lab report to the doctor.
3. Book in the room temperature and the machine’s cleaning and maintenance every workday.
4. Keep the quality control and correct it in time if the quality control might be out of the range.
5. Check the lab report and register abnormal test result.
6. Keep in close contact with clinic and exchange ideas to make our work better.
Nursing Director
The candidate will have a record of successful nursing experience in acute medical, surgical services and the supervision, direction or management of such services. Requirements of the position are as follows:
1. The Nursing Director (ND) is responsible for all aspects of nursing services, policies and procedures for SEIMC.
2. The ND will assume responsibility for recruiting, hiring and training of all nursing personnel in both the outpatient and inpatient service areas.
3. The ND will be familiar with current skills in nursing and effectively communicate such skills to all nursing personnel.
4. The ND will maintain all nursing services within the local and central regulations as they relate to medical services within a joint venture hospital
5. The ND will actively participate in the development of, and implement the organizational budget as it relates to nursing care.
6. The ND will formulate standards of nursing procedures, and establish administrative and operational policies on an ongoing basis.
7. The ND will oversee quality control measures and procedure within the scope of nursing care and services.
8. At least fifteen years working experience in nursing, with five years in nursing management.
9. Excellent in oral and written English, native speaker preferred.
General Practitioner
The Physician candidate will work as part of a western team covering inpatient services in a general practice, family practice & urgent care.
Requirements:
1. At least 10 years experience.
2. Licensed to practice medicine in China.
3. Experience in general practice, family practice or internal medicine.
4. Oversea education/practice experience.
5. Fluent English speaking, other languages a plus
Physician
1. Provides direct patient care in the clinical setting including: assessment, screening, diagnosis, and treatment of patients.
2. Provides medical consultation in specialized areas of knowledge, including: Endocrinology ,health checkup,disease protection.
3. Analyze, translate the reports of examination including Gastroscopy, colonscopy, CT scan, MRI. Interpret results and/or implement changes.
4. Manage specialist consultation.
5. Clerking all emergent cases during the night.
6. Other tasks required by Supervisor.
RN
1. Provides total patient care in accordance to the physician's orders and individual patient needs in conformance with standards of nursing practice.
2. Reports the same to oncoming nurses, charge nurse and physicians.
3. Observes and documents pertinent information that reflects the patient's clinical condition, with respect to the entire human being.
4. Maintains accurate and complex records of nursing observations and care.
5. Counts narcotics in accordance to the institution's polices and procedures.
6. Conducts team conferences and assumes responsibility for keeping plans, implementation and evaluations of nursing care current.
7. Performs or supervises treatment and administers medications as required.
8. Actively participates inpatient and/or family teaching, appropriately documents activity and response to instructions.
8. Institutes emergency procedures in the absence of a physician to offset life threatening situations; maintains the defined institution's policies and procedures.
9. Keeps abreast of current nursing trends and continuing education opportunities.
