You may enter the hospital premises via the gate at 551 South Pudong Road.

By Metro (Subway)
* Line 2 Dongchang Road Exit 1 – walk straight out of exit 1 and follow South Pudong Road until you see Shanghai East Hospital’s main gate on the right. Enter from the new building and take elevator number 5.
* Line 4 Pudong Avenue Exit 4
* Line 9 Shangcheng Road Exit 4
* Line 14 South Pudong Road Exit 3B

In case of an emergency, please come to the 24th floor during clinic hours, and to the 23rd floor after clinic hours.

Rehabilitation and Chiropractic
Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday	9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Chinese Medicine (TCM)
Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday	2:30 pm – 5:00 pm
Every Friday	9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Should you require medical attention or urgent care outside of the normal appointment times above, please call us in advance at (86 21) 5879-9999 or (86) 150-0019-0899 so we can prepare for your arrival.

Direct Billing Hours
Our team of billing specialists is available to aid patients during the following time:

Monday-Friday	9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday-Sunday	9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Direct billing service outside clinic hours can also be provided depending on your insurance's cooperation with SEIMC.

Visting Hours
You may visit friends and family who are hospitalized at any time, unless their doctor has stated otherwise. Please come directly to the 23rd floor and inform our receptionist and/or nurse which patient you are visiting.
