Getting Here

By Car or Taxi
Cars and taxis may enter the hospital premises via either the gate at South Pudong Road or on Jimo Road (see map). Please follow the directional signage to our entrance.

By Metro (Subway)
Walk straight out of Exit 1 at the Dongchang Road stop on Metro Line 2 (Green Line), and follow South Pudong Road towards Pudong Avenue. Enter the hospital premises via the South Pudong Road gate (see map) and follow the directional signage to our entrance.

We offer 24-hour out-patient and in-patient care, 365 days a year, with appointments available daily for general out-patient services as follows:

Should you require medical attention or urgent care outside of the normal appointment times above, please call us in advance at (86 21) 5879-9999 or (86) 150-0019-0899 so we can prepare for your arrival.

Direct Billing Hours
Please kindly note that we do NOT provide Direct Billing Service during our night shift:

Monday-Friday	8:30 PM - 8:30 AM
Saturday-Sunday	6 PM - 9 AM

Visting Hours
You may visit friends and family who are hospitalized at any time, unless their doctor has stated otherwise. Please come directly to the 12th floor and inform our receptionist and/or nurse which patient you are visiting.
