Health Talk in the Emerald
The talk about Children Emergencies was presented by Dr. Charu Palta, Pediatrician of SEIMC, on Feb 29 in the clubhouse of the Emerald. The talk was very helpful for all residents in the compound. They required another talk in Chinese for their Ayis.

A Children's Spring Fair was held on March 15 in ¡°The Emerald¡±. As the closest international hospital to the compound, SEIMC provides 24 hours and 7 days emergency services for all families and children in the Emerald.

La Leche League Meetings
La Leche League is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed. The first bilingual monthly meeting was held on March 22 in the Function Hall of Shanghai East International Medical Center to offer a special opportunity for expecting and nursing mothers to learn more about breastfeeding, ask questions, and share with others.
