Registration

Shanghai East International Medical Center offers registration free of charge to the international community. Many families will prepare a registration form in advance and keep it in a safe place. Doing this in advance saves time and makes seeing the doctor more convenient should you become unwell. Simply fill out our registration form prepare a photocopy of your passport.
