Dr. Ye received her Ph.D. in OB/GYN from Tongji University School of Medicine and completed her further studies at the American Nebraska Medical Center.

Dr. Ming Liu (China)

Dr. Liu has studied under the renowned Professor Duan Tao. She is currently the Administrative Director of the Obstetrics Department of Shanghai East Hospital, and was the Deputy Executive Director of the Obstetrics Department of Shanghai First Maternity and Infant Hospital. Dr. Liu has a solid theoretical foundation and rich clinical experience particularly in a variety of high-risk pregnancy, obstetric complications, and critical care. She has studied in the Chinese University of Hong Kong for one year and has also done a number of exchanges within and outside China. She leads her team into solving the problems and sufferings of her patients by adhering to patient-centered and evidence-based principles, combined with both online and offline innovative clinical practice, diagnosis, and treatment models. Dr. Liu is a compassionate doctor and has been widely admired by her patients and their families. She has been awarded as “Doctor of the Year” by HaoDaiFu (“Good Doctors”) in 2016 and 2020.

Dr. Liu specializes in the overall prevention and treatment of single or double pre-term/premature birth, especially at high cervical cerclage, emergency and rescue cerclage, cervical incompetence, short cervix; prevention and treatment of gestational hypertension; handling post-cervical conization; cervical cerclage after LEEP procedure; dichronic twin pregnancy, breech position external cephalic version (ECV), vaginal birth after C-section (VBAC), various pregnancy complications, such as placenta previa and other special cases. She is experienced in the external cephalic version, and has even carried out a systematic and standardized training of this for the Obstetrics and Gynecology experts in the country, and has helped many hospitals carry out this technique. Dr. Liu and her team are the first in China to carry out VBAC, to use cervical pessary, and are the ones who have used the most cervical pessary, combined with cervical cerclage, progesterone prevention and treatment of cervical incompetence and other high-risk pregnancies and premature delivery.

Dr. Shao graduated from Shanghai Second Medical University and has over 20 years of experience in the clinical and educational field as an Obstetrics and Gynecology specialist.

Dr. Allen Sheen has over 20 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology and has delivered thousands of babies. He offers comprehensive OB/GYN care from normal to high-risk deliveries, surgeries, procedures, and family planning.

Dr. Sheen received his medical degree in Taiwan in 1990, and has been a qualified Ob/Gyn specialist since 1996. He also completed two-year fellowship training in Taipei Medical University. Dr. Sheen received his Masters degree in Molecular Biology from Taipei Medical University in 2005 and PhD in Female Endocrinology from Fudan University in 2009.

Dr. Sheen started practicing in Shanghai since 2006. He has a special interest in diagnostic ultrasound, and prefers non-invasive treatment where possible for gynecologic disorders. Dr. Sheen is compassionate, caring, and professional when treating all women patients at different ages and stages of life, and continuously offers up-to-date information to patients.

Dr. Li has more than 30 years of working experience in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She graduated from Tongji Medical College - Huazhong University of Science and Technology and was a visiting Scholar at University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.

She is specialized in the diagnosis, surgery, and comprehensive treatment of cervical diseases including precancerous lesions & cancer, HPV virus infection, uterine fibroids, gynecological benign and malignant tumors, etc. She is skilled in Colposcopy, LEEP, uterine and other types of surgeries. She has obtained the advanced qualification certificate issued by the American Association of Colposcopy, Cervical Diseases and Pathology (ASCCP).

Dr. Li’s main research topics are gynecological tumors, integration of carcinogenic mechanism of high-risk HPV, pathological diagnosis of microscopic endoscopy. She received "Cervical Cancer Prevention and Treatment Professional Elite Award" and "Outstanding Contribution Award" issued by the obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of China Association for the promotion of international medical care exchanges and the Organizing Committee of China Cervical Cancer Prevention and Treatment project

Dr Cheng is a member of many gynecology related organizations, including Chinese Medical Association and Xinjiang Medical Association. She is a productive writer and published over 20 theses in various medical magazines. She has been awarded for her clinical and research work in the field of gynecology.
