Dr. Bo Feng (China)

Dr Feng graduated from Tongji Medical University, and further studies in Heinrich-Heine Germany. He is experienced in diagnosis and treatment of endocrine and metabolic diseases, including diabetes and acute and chronic complications of diabetes, thyroid diseases, obesity, osteoporosis and other diseases.

Dr Feng has successively presided over the 973 Project, the sub-project of national Five-Year Plan of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and the key basic research project of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission. He has published nearly 200 papers.

Dr Feng's social positions include member of the Endocrine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, member of the Endocrine Metabolism Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, vice chairman of the Endocrine Metabolism Branch of the Chinese Geriatrics Association, chairman of the diabetes Branch of the Shanghai Medical Association, chairman of the Endocrine Special Committee of the Pudong New Area Medical Association of Shanghai, etc.

He has won many awards such as the third prize of provincial scientific and technological progress award, the second prize of municipal scientific and technological progress award, the third prize of municipal scientific and technological progress award, and the "top ten outstanding young people" in Pudong New Area, Shanghai.

Dr. Feng’s working languages are Mandarin and German.
