Dr. Feng Liu (China)
Nephrologist, Chief Physician

Dr Liu graduated from Shanghai Second Medical University, under the guidance of Professor Chen Nan, a famous expert in kidney diseases.

Dr Liu has more than 10 years of experience in clinical and scientific research, and also teaches courses of kidney diseases. He is skilled in diagnosis and treatment of various kidney diseases, such as chronic pyelonephritis, glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, renal failure, diabetes nephropathy, as well as hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.

Dr Liu serves as member of the Kidney Disease Branch of the Chinese Society of Pathology and Physiology, and member of the Kidney Disease Professional Committee in Pudong, Shanghai. He has published over 30 Chinese and English academic works, including more than 20 SCI indexed works, and participated in the compilation and translation of 4 Chinese and English monographs. He also leads the training program for leaders in the health system discipline in Pudong, Shanghai, and the projects assigned by the Pudong government.

The awards and honors Dr Liu has received are Excellent teaching Teacher for Standardized Training of Resident Physicians in Shanghai, Excellent Teaching Teacher and Medical Officer of Shanghai East Hospital, Third Prize of PBL Teaching Plan at Tongji University, and more.

Dr. Liu’s working languages are Mandarin and English.
