Dr. Jiang further studied at the National University Hospital of Singapore on reconstructive microsurgery.

Dr. Jiang has been engaged in the medical, teaching and research work of reconstructive surgery for more than 30 years. He specializes in the repair and reconstruction of face and body surfaces such as ears, nose, facial paralysis, double-fold eyelid, contours, breasts, and scar deformity.  He also handles genitalia deformities such as penis lengthening and reconstruction, vagina reconstruction, hypospadias and gender abnormality.

For the first time in the world, he proposed and applied free transplantation of anastomosed vascular nerve adductor pollicis muscle for the treatment of facial paralysis, of which the clinical effect has been significantly positive. As the head of the first batch of stem cell clinical research filing bases in the country, he has been recently focusing on clinical research of transfomation and the promotion of cutting-edge technologies such.

Dr. Jiang served as the Head of Plastic Surgery Division of China Medical Association; chairman of Shanghai Society of Plastic Surgery; Deputy of Pan Asia Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery(PAAFPRS); member of Shanghai Science and Technology Achievement Evaluation Committee; member of Shanghai Senior Professional Title Appraisal Committee; member of National Academic Committee of Medical and Health Personnel Rights Protection and Legal System; and member of National Natural Science Foundation Evaluation Committee.

Dr. Jiang has published more than 100 papers in local and foreign journals such as Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Muscle and Nerve, Clinical Orthopedics and Related Research, among which around 30 of his articles are SCI with an exceptional impact factor of 39.06. He was the chief editor of the Treatment of Complications of Modern Plastic Surgery; editor of Modern Plastic Surgery, Complete Works of Surgery-Plastic Burn Surgery Volume, Modern Microsurgery, Handbook of Practical Plastic Surgery, etc. He has won many awards including merits from Shanghai Municipal Government, the third prize of National Invention Award, Shanghai Silver Snake Award. He is the mentor for dozens of master and doctoral medical students.

Dr Song has over 10 years of experience in clinical work handling patients with skin problems. Her application of laser, optoelectronic, radio frequency in skin treatment has won her good reputation.
